5. Cost and payment procedure for the goods
5.1. The full cost of the goods is indicated on the pages in the Seller's telegram bot.
5.2 Prices for Goods and services may vary depending on market conditions, which is reflected in the prices in the telegram bot. The Seller may not change the price for a particular Buyer if the latter has already accepted the Seller's terms and conditions and made payment for the goods (services) in the manner prescribed by this Agreement.
5.3. The Buyer pays for the order within 2 business days (in the amount of 100% prepayment) by bank transfer to the Seller's current account specified in the invoice, including through the LiqPay payment system.
6. Delivery of the order
6.1. Delivery of the goods to the Buyer takes place after receipt of 100% payment of the invoice from the Buyer.
6.2. Delivery of the goods is carried out by the seller or the transport company (carrier) at the expense of the Buyer. The total delivery time may not exceed 10 days.
6.3. The cost of delivery is not indicated in the telegram bot, as it depends on the current tariffs of the transport company (carrier).
6.4. When ordering bulk quantities, delivery terms and methods are agreed upon separately in each case.
6.5. The seller is not responsible for the delivery time of the order, as they depend on the actions of third parties (carriers).
6.6. The Buyer shall pay the delivery cost to the carrier company independently upon receipt of the goods. The exact cost of delivery is determined by the carrier company.
7. TERMS OF EXCHANGE, RETURN OF GOODS AND FUNDS
7.1. In accordance with the "Law on Consumer Protection", buyers of our store have the right to exchange or return the goods purchased from us within the first 14 days after purchase.
7.2. The exchange and return of goods of good quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the date of sale and can be made only once, provided that the goods are of good quality, not used and have no scuffs, dents and cracks, the purchase has preserved the presentation, consumer properties, the manufacturer's label is not damaged, all accessories, documentation included in the package of goods are preserved, and their packaging is not broken *, seals, factory labels, sales receipts are preserved.
* - partial or complete violation of the appearance of the package, the absence of any components of the package or their severe, irreparable damage (correct opening of the cardboard package is not a violation of it).
For return, the Buyer must present: a) Passport
б) Documents for the purchase of the product
c) The actual product
г) Original factory packaging
7.3. The following items are not subject to exchange and return
a) goods in disposable packaging, if they have been unpacked;
b) goods that are not subject to exchange in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection
7.4. Returns and exchanges of goods with a significant defect confirmed by an ACC act are carried out in the presence of a complete set in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, a document confirming the purchase, an ACC act, an application for a return or exchange.
These conditions do not limit the legal rights of the consumer granted to him by the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.5. You can return the purchased goods and make an exchange:
In one of the branches of Nova Poshta or the delivery service that you used to receive the goods.
7.6. TERMS OF REFUND
7.6.1. If the goods were purchased by bank transfer, the money will be returned to the account specified in the Buyer's application.
7.6.2. When buying with a Visa card, Mastercard - LiqPay payment system, the money will be returned to the card account specified in the Buyer's application.
7.6.3. If you purchase in cash directly upon receipt of the goods at your home or at the New Mail office, the money will be refunded by cash on delivery after the Seller receives and checks the goods at the New Mail office.
Refunds are made in accordance with the Law «On consumer protection»
